How fast is my server ready?

As soon as payment clears. Provisioning is automatic, and the connection details appear in your panel straight away.

Can I install mods and plugins?

Yes. One-click installers are built in, and you get full file access plus an in-browser editor to upload or tweak anything.

What if I need more RAM later?

Upgrade from the panel at any time. You pay the prorated difference and your world, configs and plugins stay exactly as they are.

Can I cancel?

Yes — cancel from the panel and the server runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Refund terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

What do I actually get access to?

The live console, a file manager with an in-browser editor, databases, network ports, startup parameters, scheduled tasks and the activity log. All of it on every plan.

Can I let someone else administer the server?

Yes. Add them as a subuser and pick exactly which permissions they get — console, files, backups, and the rest are all separate.

Can I connect over SFTP?

Yes. The panel issues SFTP credentials for the server, so you can work with a normal client instead of the browser when you are moving a lot of files.

Can I schedule restarts and backups?

Yes. Schedules run on a cron expression and can restart the server, take a backup or send a console command.

Can I protect my account with two-factor?

Yes. Turn on two-factor authentication from your account page and it applies to every sign-in.

How do I pay?

By card, through the payment provider configured for the store at checkout. Your card details go to the provider and are never stored by us.
